Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, eggs, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
Baking
- Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for about a week or freeze slices wrapped in foil or in a freezer bag.
