Ingredients
  

For the Whipped Feta
  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled Use crumbled feta for easy blending
  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Crostini
  • 1 baguette sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For brushing on bread
For the Hot Honey
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2–1 tsp red pepper flakes Adjust to your heat preference

Method
 

Prepare the Crostini
  1. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
  2. Bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crisp. Let cool slightly.
Make the Whipped Feta
  1. In a blender, combine feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed. Chill until ready to use.
Prepare the Hot Honey
  1. Warm the honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from heat and let it infuse for 5–10 minutes. Strain if desired.
Assemble
  1. Spread a spoonful of whipped feta on each crostini.
  2. Drizzle with warm hot honey and serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge for about 2-3 days. Assemble crostini just before serving for best results. Reheat crostini in the oven to restore crunch.
