  • 1 can white beans (cannellini or navy beans), drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt Greek yogurt can be used for a tangy flavor.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste Adjust according to preference.
  • Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the white beans, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheese.
  3. Mash the mixture until well combined, leaving some beans whole for that perfect texture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with green onions or parsley if desired, and serve warm with tortilla chips, veggies, or bread.

Notes

This dip keeps well in the fridge for about 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze it for up to 3 months—just leave out any garnishes. Reheat in the oven at 350°F until heated through.
