  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup Dairy-free cheese Choose your preferred type
  • 1/2 cup Cream Dairy-free cream for richness
  • 1 pkg Gnocchi Cooked according to package instructions
Aromatics
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For cooking
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add the tofu cubes to the pan and cook until crispy on all sides.
  2. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and dairy-free cheese, allowing it to melt and create a creamy sauce.
  3. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions, then add it to the pan with the tofu mixture.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh basil.
