  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce or other preferred vegetables for filling

  1. In a skillet, cook the plant-based ground meat over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  2. Add the diced onions and sauté until they become soft. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the dairy-free cheese until it’s melted and gooey.
  4. Lay out the tortillas or wraps, and layer them with the meat mixture, diced pickles, lettuce, ketchup, and mustard.
  5. Roll the wrap tightly and slice in half. Serve warm.

Notes

These wraps store well in the fridge for up to 3 days and can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results. Add spices for extra flavor or try different fillings like avocado or sautéed vegetables for variety.
