  • 1 cup Cranberries Fresh, to make the cranberry sauce.
  • 1 whole Pumpkin For the pumpkin pie.
Flavor Enhancers
  • 1/2 cup Butter For sweet potatoes and pie.
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon For flavoring the sweet potatoes.
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar To sweeten the sweet potatoes.
  • 2 tsp Thyme For seasoning the turkey.
  • 2 tsp Sage For seasoning the turkey.
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 cup Nuts Pecans or walnuts, toasted for crunch.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to the desired temperature for each dish.
  2. Prepare the turkey by seasoning it liberally to ensure it’s bursting with flavor.
  3. Chop the sweet potatoes into bite-sized chunks and toss them with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Steam the green beans until they’re bright and crisp.
  5. Make the cranberry sauce fresh using sugar and orange juice (avoid canned).
Cooking
  1. Bake the pumpkin pie until it’s perfectly set and golden brown.
  2. Serve everything warm and get ready for compliments!

Notes

Make-ahead magic: Prep the sweet potatoes the night before. For herb swaps, use herbs you have on hand. Let the pie cool completely before slicing to avoid a messy situation.
