Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and celery; sauté until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for about 3-4 days. For long-term storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven.
