  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend) Choose your favorite cheese for the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Ranch dressing is key for flavor and moisture.
  • 1 cup salsa Use your preferred salsa for a flavor boost.
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips For added crunch.
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions Fresh garnish for serving.
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning Enhances the taco flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked ground beef (or turkey), ranch dressing, salsa, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese.
  3. Spoon the mixture into bite-sized portions and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Top each bite with crushed tortilla chips and the remaining cheese.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with guacamole or sour cream for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days. They freeze well for later enjoyment. Reheat in the oven to maintain crunch.
