Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked ground beef (or turkey), ranch dressing, salsa, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Spoon the mixture into bite-sized portions and place them on a baking sheet.
- Top each bite with crushed tortilla chips and the remaining cheese.
Cooking
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with guacamole or sour cream for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days. They freeze well for later enjoyment. Reheat in the oven to maintain crunch.
