Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Cooking
- Cook the meatballs in a large skillet over medium heat until browned on all sides.
- In a separate pot, cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine beef broth, heavy cream, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until slightly thickened.
- In a large baking dish, combine the cooked meatballs, egg noodles, and sauce. Mix well to combine.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden. Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for about 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave until heated through.
