- Wash and hull the strawberries.

- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling onto each strawberry to create the Santa 'hat' and 'body.'
Serving
- Arrange on a festive platter. Optionally, sprinkle with edible glitter or powdered sugar.
Notes
These Strawberry Santas taste best fresh. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one day. Prepare the filling a day early for convenience, but assemble right before serving.
