  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.

  1. Blend the frozen strawberries, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Taste the mixture and sprinkle in powdered sugar to adjust the sweetness, then blend again.
  3. Serve immediately, or if you prefer a firmer texture, freeze it for about 30 minutes.

Notes

For the best results, use frozen fruit and adjust sweetness gradually. Store leftovers tightly in the freezer for up to a week and let soften at room temperature before serving. Can be made a day in advance.
