Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Stir in the dark and white chocolate chips and chopped strawberries if using.
Baking
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for about 3-5 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months. For extra chewiness, add an additional egg yolk to the dough. You can also swap out chocolate for nuts or dried fruits.
