  • 2 boxes Vanilla Wafers
  • 6-8 pieces bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 container strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 5 oz. box French Vanilla pudding
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 12 oz. container whipped topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  2. Add French Vanilla pudding and milk to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
Layering
  1. In a large serving dish, layer the vanilla wafers, followed by sliced bananas and strawberries.
  2. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the fruit and wafers.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with the pudding mixture on top.
  4. Spread whipped topping over the final layer.
Chilling
  1. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to let those flavors mingle beautifully.

Notes

For best results, slice bananas right before serving or toss them in a little lemon juice to prevent browning. This dessert can be made ahead of time and can keep in the fridge for 3-5 days when covered.
