- In a bowl, mix together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the pan. Cook until browned on all sides.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, stirring to coat.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 5-7 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and sauce is thickened.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. To reheat, add a splash of water to prevent drying out.
