- Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan, tossing to combine with the chicken and sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
These noodles can be stored in the fridge for about 3 days or frozen for up to a month. Reheat adding a splash of water if needed.
