  • 1 pound Chicken breast pieces Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 ounces Noodles (egg or rice noodles) Cook according to package instructions
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced) Freshly minced for best flavor
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce Low sodium preferred if desired
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or sugar Adjust based on sweetness preference
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil For sautéing
  • 2 stalks Green onions (for garnish) Chopped for topping
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Toss in the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and honey (or sugar); pour over the chicken and stir to coat.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with green onions, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra tender chicken, marinate it in soy sauce and honey for 30 minutes before cooking. Feel free to add veggies like bell peppers or snap peas for extra crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
