Preparation
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the beef with cornstarch, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add a little oil, then add the marinated beef. Stir-fry until browned.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and cook for another minute.
- Toss in the cooked noodles and combine everything well, cooking until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For long-term storage, freeze for up to 2 months and reheat in a skillet with a splash of water.
