Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into strips about 1 inch wide.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach and feta mixture at one end of each pastry strip.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and twist to seal.
- Place the twists on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze them for 1-2 months.
