- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until it’s browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, toss in the chopped jalapenos and sauté until softened.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Bring everything to a simmer and let the sauce thicken slightly.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it well with the sauce.
- Serve over rice or with your favorite side.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for about 3-4 days in the fridge, or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat when ready to serve.
