  • 8 pieces Slider buns
  • 3 cups Shredded chicken Cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup Frank's hot buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Shredded
  • 1/4 cup Butter Melted, for brushing
  • 1/2 cup Ranch or blue cheese dressing Optional
  • 1/2 cup Pickles Optional, for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Frank's hot buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Place the slider buns on a baking sheet.
  4. Fill each bun with the buffalo chicken mixture and top with cheese.
  5. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing and pickles, if desired.

Notes

These sliders can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for about 3 days. They can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
