Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • to taste garlic powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese Can substitute with pepper jack for a kick.
Optional Toppings
  • pickles For serving.
  • diced onions For serving.
  • burger sauce For serving.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Press a small handful of ground beef directly onto one half of each tortilla and season well with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook the beef side down for about 2-3 minutes until it's nicely browned.
  4. Flip the tortilla, generously sprinkle with cheese, fold it in half, and grill both sides until crispy and melty.
  5. Slice and serve with your favorite burger toppings or dipping sauce.

Notes

These quesadillas are best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for up to a month. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for the best results.
