Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking pan.
- Press the chocolate chip cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan.
- Layer the Oreo cookies over the cookie dough.
- Pour the brownie batter over the Oreo layer, spreading it evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares and serve.
Notes
For serving, pair with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with fudge or caramel sauce. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Microwave individual squares for 10-15 seconds to reheat.
