  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melted before adding.
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • to taste Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a slow cooker, combine the beef, baby potatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  2. Melt the butter and pour it over the mixture.
  3. Add the beef broth and stir to combine.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
