- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes (6-8 hours) or on high for 180 minutes (3-4 hours).
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the sauce before serving.
- Serve over rice, pasta, or alongside a fresh salad.
Notes
You can use frozen chicken breasts but may need to adjust the cooking time. For a vegan version, swap chicken for chickpeas or jackfruit. Add jalapeƱos for a spicy kick.
