  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt for lower fat

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes (6-8 hours) or on high for 180 minutes (3-4 hours).
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the sauce before serving.
  7. Serve over rice, pasta, or alongside a fresh salad.

Notes

You can use frozen chicken breasts but may need to adjust the cooking time. For a vegan version, swap chicken for chickpeas or jackfruit. Add jalapeƱos for a spicy kick.
