Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares big enough to wrap the Brie.
- Place a small piece of Brie cheese in the center of each square.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped pistachios and rosemary. Spoon this mixture over the Brie.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese and pinch to seal it up tight.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for that shiny finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then drizzle with honey if desired before serving.
Notes
These bites can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. They can also be frozen before baking and cooked straight from the freezer for about 20-25 minutes.
