  • 1 package crescent roll dough Simply roll out on a baking sheet.
  • 2 links cooked sausage Crumble before mixing.
  • 2 large eggs Scrambled for filling.
  • Shredded cheese Optional, adds melty goodness!

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet.
  3. In a pan, scramble the eggs while cooking the crumbled sausage until browned.
  4. Mix the sausage and eggs together in a bowl.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto the dough.
  6. Roll up the dough from the wide end, tucking in the filling as you go.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For storage, leftovers can be kept in the fridge for 3-4 days in an airtight container. They can also be frozen for up to a month—just reheat at 350°F.
