Preparation

- Layer the potato slices in a stack, sprinkling Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs between layers.
Baking
- Place the stacks on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot as an appetizer or side dish.
Notes
For best results, keep potato slices even for uniform cooking. You can prep the potato slices a day in advance. These stacks can be made vegan by using nutritional yeast instead of Parmesan.
