  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 can (14 oz) cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs – about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine cranberry sauce with barbecue sauce, mixing well.
  6. Pour the sauce over the meatballs, making sure they’re well-coated.
  7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  8. Serve, and enjoy the festive aroma wafting through your home!

Notes

For added flavor, consider toasting the garlic before mixing it with the meat. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave as needed.
