- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the corn, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- If you’re feeling fancy, stir in the garlic powder and cream (or milk). Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
- If desired, add the Parmesan cheese and cook until it’s melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3–4 days. Can be frozen in a sealed container for 2–3 months. Reheat gently on low heat.
