Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the corn, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. If you’re feeling fancy, stir in the garlic powder and cream (or milk). Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. If desired, add the Parmesan cheese and cook until it’s melted and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3–4 days. Can be frozen in a sealed container for 2–3 months. Reheat gently on low heat.
