Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, and salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl, tossing to coat them in the marinade.
- Arrange the wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking until they are crispy and caramelized.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Marinate for at least 30 minutes for maximum flavor. For extra kick, add red pepper flakes to the marinade! Can be made vegan by swapping chicken wings for cauliflower florets.
