Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
  2. If you’re feeling indulgent, fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
