- Crush the Oreos by placing them in a thick freezer bag and gently pounding them with a rolling pin until crushed.
- Add the milk to a blender, followed by the ice cream and crushed Oreo cookies.
- Pulse a few times, then blend until smooth. If using vanilla extract, add it now.
- Adjust the texture by adding more milk if the shake is too thick.
- Pour the milkshake into two glasses, topping with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and a whole Oreo for garnish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
