Making the cheesecake filling
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream until well incorporated.
Assembly
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the prepared Oreo crust in the cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
These cups can be topped with extra whipped cream or crushed oreos before serving.
