Ingredients
  

For the cheesecake
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar granulated
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the crust
  • 15 pieces Oreo cookies crumbled
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of small cups or glasses to form a crust.
Making the cheesecake filling
  1. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until well incorporated.
Assembly
  1. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the prepared Oreo crust in the cups.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

These cups can be topped with extra whipped cream or crushed oreos before serving.
