- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the crushed Oreos and the cheesecake mixture in dessert cups, alternating between the two.
- Top with additional Oreo cookie crumbs.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a lighter dessert, consider swapping some heavy cream for Greek yogurt. Chill mixing bowls and beaters beforehand to whip cream faster.
