  • 1 cup heavy cream Whipped until stiff peaks form
  • Oreo cookie crumbs for topping Optional, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer the crushed Oreos and the cheesecake mixture in dessert cups, alternating between the two.
  5. Top with additional Oreo cookie crumbs.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a lighter dessert, consider swapping some heavy cream for Greek yogurt. Chill mixing bowls and beaters beforehand to whip cream faster.
