  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adjust quantity for more creaminess.

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the pasta and pour in the milk, ensuring the pasta is covered.
  3. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and the liquid has thickened, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. The creamy sauce may thicken upon refrigeration; add a splash of milk when reheating.
