Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice the kielbasa crosswise, but don’t cut all the way through; think of it like mini pockets of yum!
  3. In a bowl, mix together the yellow mustard, honey, and smoked paprika until smooth.
  4. Brush the mustard mixture over each kielbasa bite generously.
Baking
