Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage, onion, bell pepper, and garlic over medium heat until the sausage is browned and the vegetables are tender. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Stir in the cooked sausage mixture, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pour the filling into the crust.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve warm, optionally with a fresh side salad or roasted veggies. For leftovers, store in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for 1-2 months.
