- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning mix.
- Mix until it’s all well blended.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll each ball in the crumbled bacon and fresh herbs until well-coated.
- Place the cheeseballs on a serving plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with crackers or fresh veggies.
Notes
Refrigerate longer for enhanced flavor. These cheeseballs stay fresh in the fridge for about 3-4 days. Store in an airtight container and can be frozen for up to a month. No need to reheat after thawing!
