  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for lighter version) Use Greek yogurt for a healthier alternative.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese For added flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (optional, for topping) For added flavor and flair.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness (about ¾ inch thick) for even cooking.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
  5. Place the chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden.
  2. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a healthier option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. You can also swap the chicken for firm tofu for a vegan dish.
