Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix-Ins
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts Optional - can be omitted for nut-free version.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped nuts (if using).
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
Chilling
  1. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until set.
Serving
  1. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to three months. Let it thaw in the fridge before serving.
