Preparation
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and nuts if using.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Allow fudge to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Serve fudge with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or coffee. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week, or freeze for up to three months.
