- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions and drain.

- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss well to coat in the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for about a month. Reheat over low heat, adding a splash of cream if needed.
