  • 1 package tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss well to coat in the sauce.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for about a month. Reheat over low heat, adding a splash of cream if needed.
