Preparation
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Lay the tortilla flat in the pan and layer provolone cheese, salami, pepperoni, and banana peppers on one half.
- Drizzle lightly with Italian dressing.
- Fold the tortilla over and press gently.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
For varied flavors, consider using different meats or grilled veggies. Any pickled vegetable can replace banana peppers.
