Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In one dish, mix bread crumbs, half of the Parmesan cheese, and the seasonings.
- In another dish, beat the eggs and milk together.
- In a third dish, place the flour.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip it in the egg mixture, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
Cooking
- Warm the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the cooked chicken to a baking dish.
- Mix the remaining Parmesan with mozzarella and garlic and top the chicken.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Freeze for up to a month and reheat in the oven for best results.
