Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In one dish, mix together breadcrumbs, half of the Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
- In another bowl, beat together eggs and milk.
- Pour flour into a third dish for dredging.
- Dredge each chicken breast first in the flour, dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Mix remaining Parmesan with mozzarella and garlic, then top each chicken breast with the mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
Notes
Serve with a garden salad or roasted veggies. Drizzle with balsamic glaze for a gourmet touch. To keep leftovers crispy, reheat in the oven.
