Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In one dish, mix breadcrumbs with half the Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
- In another dish, beat eggs and milk together.
- Place the flour in a third dish.
Coating the Chicken
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it in the egg mixture, and coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
Cooking
- Cook the chicken in olive oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine the remaining Parmesan cheese with mozzarella and garlic.
- Top the chicken with the cheese mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Notes
Serve with steamed vegetables, garlic bread, or a fresh salad. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the oven for best results.
