Preparation
- Preheat the oven according to the tater tot package instructions.
- Bake tater tots until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheese and bacon bits over the top.
- Return to the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and gooey.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, add a layer of panko breadcrumbs on top of the cheese before returning them to the oven. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months.
