  • 1 package Tater tots Use frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Or your choice of cheese
  • 1/2 cup Crispy bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions Chopped for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to the tater tot package instructions.
  2. Bake tater tots until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheese and bacon bits over the top.
  4. Return to the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and gooey.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, add a layer of panko breadcrumbs on top of the cheese before returning them to the oven. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months.
