Preparation
  1. Chop your veggies and protein into bite-sized pieces.
Cooking
  1. Add olive oil or butter to a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Toss in the chicken and cook until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Stir in the veggies and minced garlic, sautéing until tender.
  4. Meanwhile, boil pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and cheese, and mix until everything is coated and melty.
