  • 1 lb ground beef You can use turkey or chicken as alternatives.
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced Use colorful bell peppers for a vibrant flavor.
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded Cheddar or mozzarella can also be used.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste Don't skip the seasoning for best flavor.
  • Low carb wraps or tortillas Alternatively, use lettuce wraps for ultra-low-carb.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking until tender.
  3. Toss in ground beef and cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Once cooked, remove from heat and stir in shredded provolone cheese until it’s all melty and mixed.
Assembly
  1. Lay a low carb wrap on a plate and fill it with the beef and cheese mixture.
  2. Roll it up tightly and serve warm.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave on low heat.
