Preparation
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking until tender.
- Toss in ground beef and cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and stir in shredded provolone cheese until it’s all melty and mixed.
Assembly
- Lay a low carb wrap on a plate and fill it with the beef and cheese mixture.
- Roll it up tightly and serve warm.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave on low heat.
