Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Cooking
- While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan.
- Once the meatballs are done, serve them with marinara sauce on top.
Notes
For extra flavor, chill the formed meatballs in the fridge for 30 minutes before baking. You can substitute ground turkey or pork for the beef.
